We have a bit of situation people, what are we going to choose – Belgian waffles or American waffles? In my professional opinion – yes, professional (I’ve been munching down waffles for YEARS now) I’ve come to realize the joys of eating excessive servings of waffles.
With that being said, I’m just going put out the Belgian waffles are totally awesome! Well, it’s my preferred taste, so it’s not really surprising. For some reason, I just can’t get enough out of its thickness.
It comes in and offer deeper wells of heavenly goodness. But you can’t make a world-class waffle without the best waffle maker, right? Well, that’s one of the reason why I’m making this waffle maker reviews.
Now, I won’t really hate you if you’ve chosen American-style waffles. They’re pretty cool as they are – not as cool as Belgian though. I’m going to give you a pro tip. Basically, you need to a “ready indicator”.
Impressively, waffle irons give you a bit of prompt. There are times wherein you can identify it either with visual or auditor signals. In some of the best waffle maker, they often have both.
When talking about auditory indicators, you’ll find them direct to the point. Basically, all you get is a quick beep to tell you that it’s ready. In addition, you’ll be hearing out another prompt to tell you that it’s done as specified.
As for visual indicators, you can see them as two lights. For the first one, you’ll be able to check out that the iron’s already on. At the same time, it’s a notification that it’s done.
The other lights up when it’s ready to cook. Or when the whole preparation is done. Either way, the best waffle maker should fit your desired feature.
Cuisinart WMR-CA Round Classic Waffle Maker
Cuisinart waffle makers are taking over the planet – well, not really – but you get the picture. The thing is waffle lovers, such as I am, rely on Cuisinart to give off the best product for us to enjoy.
However, this one just takes the cake away. It’s been a personal choice for most lovers due to its decent price tag and awesome functionality.
I’m not really the one to talk about appearance, stainless steel appliance makes it look cool. Not to mention it comes in with nonstick plates.
Out of the two, it gets you an indicator light. Also, you’re going to find a regulating thermostat. Now, this comes in with a function to make operation easier and faster.
While the other two does its job, there’s a five-setting browning control. This gives you the assurance that every time you turn the entire thin on, your waffle is being made to perfection.
Wrapping It Up:
I do want to give you a tip though, make sure the only time where you remove the waffle maker apart, is when it’s for cleaning. The process is kind of easy to be honest, you just have to brush the crumbs off from the grooves.
You can finish it up by wiping it with damp cloth. Overall, it’s the best waffle maker to date.
